Meet Our Summer 2023 Interns
Research Intern
Alex Su
School: University of Washington Hometown: Yangon, Myanmar Bio: I came to the US as an international student from Myanmar and recently graduated as a Microbiology major from the University of Washington! I love learning about the bacterial and viral world and look forward to collaborating with other scientists and engineers to make meaningful contributions to the scientific community. When I’m not busy with my work or studies, you’ll find me reading a fantasy series or playing Stardew Valley on my PlayStation. I am also a fan of K-pop and you may find me at some RPDs in Seattle. This summer, I look forward to working at Truly Technologies and learning more about their projects and getting to know everyone!

With interests in drug delivery, immunology, and biological applications of engineering to name a few, I hope to pursue a B.S. in Bioengineering. When I have free time, you can expect me to be on tennis or badminton courts, watching movies and playing video games with friends and family, or simply enjoying Mexican food. As someone who enjoys learning from others and being in a collaborative environment, I am excited to intern at Truly Technologies this summer and meet the team!
